The House Stevia is situated in a quiet, sunny position, close to the town center and at 1600m above sea level.
About 85 meters from the house you will find the ski lifts to the Sella Ronda ski-area. The cross-country ski trails are reachable on foot (800m).
At 50m from the house there is also a bus stop.
In summer the house is an ideal starting point for trips and excursions.
The Stevia House has 3 beautiful, bright apartments with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The apartments feature Wi-Fi, satellite TV and dishwasher.
The house also offers: exterior parking place, bicycle storage and ski room with boot warmers.

Another splendid week in Apartments Stevia and Selva

A handful Norwegians have left beautiful Val Gardena behind once more. But we all want to go back as soon as possible. Both for the the great slopes and the good food. But also for the perfect lodging at Villa Stevia with Helen and Urban as very nice hosts. The position of the villa is perfect for the Sella Ronda. Also a great plus for the size and decoration of the apartments. We fully recommend it to other guests!

Apartment Panorama: great apartment, to be recommended!

We stayed for the third time in the Panorama apartment of Villa Stevia and it felt like home. The apartment is modern and contemporary, yet warm and stylish. There is much space for a family of 6, with 3 separate bedrooms annex bathrooms and much space in the living room and kitchen. The apartment is well equipped with quality furniture and also the 3 bathrooms are of a high standard. The kitchen is complete including a dishwasher and oven. Free Wi-Fi works very well! The apartment is very clean and tidy. The balcony is also spacious and offers a fabulous view on the village and the mountains. The apartment is situated on the edge of Selva, but still on walking distance from the center, shops, restaurants and the ski lifts. The Mussner family is very friendly and helpful. We really like Val Gardena and will certainly return to Villa Stevia if we choose to spend our holidays once more in the region.
