This pleasant and cozy house is located in a calm and sunny place close to the skilifts, the hiking tracks of the Sellaronda and the excursions trails to Vallunga or the natural park Puez-Odle. It has a private parking, a garage and an extensive lawn with deckchairs, umbrellas and a little wooden cottage.
The comfortable furnished apartments with have a marvelous view over the Dolomites of the Gardena valley. The warm and cosy atmosphere of the house has a relaxing effect and will make your winter and summer holidays unforgettable.

Great Apartment for Summer or Winter!

We hired the Chedul apartment for a week this summer. It was a modern, light, well appointed and finished to a high standard. From a self-catering perspective, the kitchen was pretty exceptional in its equipment level, as we love to cook. There is a fantastic view from the front balcony out over the meadow, up to the mighty Sassolungo and over as far as Alpe di Siusi, which is a source of endless fascination, and it is very handily placed for the Vallunga behind. Although it is located at the top end of town, it is only a 10 minute walk to the centre. Looking at this accommodation from a skiing perspective, it would be perfect for this as well. 2-3 minutes walk from the Dantercepies lift, with a boot room and underground garage. It's triple glazed and has electronically operated window shutters, so guaranteed to be very warm in winter. The only minor quibble in the modern world would be that it hasn't got wifi, but we would certainly return! Recommended!

Great apartment, well equiped, lovely people

We stayed in the apartment of the new house which is very spacious and modern. We like to cook ourselves, which was great in the well equipped kitchen (dishwasher is included). It also offers a nice bathroom, even a washing-machine. Also the ski room was very tidy and well heated. The walk to the village-centre takes less than 10 minutes, which is a great morning-walk to the bakery for fresh bread roles. Our car stayed in the indoor-garage all week, because the ski slopes are right next door to apartments Helene. It takes only two lifts to access the full Dolomiti Superski area. The owners of this apartment are lovely, relaxed people who make you feel very welcome. Grandma stole my heart... what a positive, life loving lady she is! :-)
We definitely will try to book our apartment here again when skiing in Selva.
