The hospitality of the Nocker-Pepe family will provide you with the most cozy environment, so you will feel immediately at home.
The house is situated in the heart of Selva with direct access to the ski slopes, as well as the famous Sella Ronda ski tour, and in just 30 meters from the Selva Ski School. You even do not have to move your car which you can leave in the garage.
In summer the guests can enjoy the stunning peaks of the Puez-Geisler Nature Reserve which are in front of the house.

Really nice apartment

We had a really nice time in this lovely apartment. The host, Daniela, was very nice and helpful. The location of the apartment is superb and so easy. Everything in Selva is in walking distance, the bakery, ski rental, skischool, skilifts and stores for example. You can ski in and out the garden. The skiroom downstairs was so handy. The ski area is so big and fantastic and you can go everywhere. We had a really great time and would love to come back in future.

Brilliant location, lovely house and hosts

The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much of a bother. The apartments were in excellent condition, clean, tidy, spacious and had all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. It was always warm and cosy inside, never mind the weather. The location is superb: ski in, ski out. Only couple of minutes walk to the nearest bars, restaurants and bakery for the fresh morning bread! Ski lifts can be reached by skis or walk in 5/8 minutes. We stayed with a baby and a cot was easily provided. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you!
