The house Waldheim is a small family-run business located in St. Ulrich-Gröden, in the Dolomites. The house is in a quiet, central location and offers a large garden with adjacent parking space. You can reach the centre of St. Ulrich in five minutes by foot, without having to go uphill. The apartment is on the ground floor and have direct access to the garden, equipped with tables and sun loungers. The apartment (maximum 4 persons) has a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and a kitchen/living room, which contains one or two extra beds. The apartment is equipped with the usual modern comforts including satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, bed linen, towels, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Well equipped apartment in good position, not so far from ski lifts

We spent there our winter holiday. We were satisfied with the accommodation, equipment of the apartment, free entry to the swimming pool and free skibus ticket (the bus stop is in about 100 m distance). The position of the apartment was also good, approximately 750 m far from the ski lifts to the Seiser Alm and Seceda.

Convenient apartments for holiday

We spent a week (march 2015) there with my son and are very delighted by having chosen this apartment:
hospitable owners, convenient placement, silent area, close to the centre and the lifts, about 100 m to the swimming pool (aqua park).
